Payment Policies
- 40% deposit is required upon booking
- The balance 7 day prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy
- High Season: (Christmas & New Year's Eve, Easter/Holy Week) 21 days prior to arrival to get full reimbursement
- Low Season: 3 days prior to arrival to get full reimbursement
- Cancellations after above dates, will be charge with a one night rate
Ground Transportation
Pick-up OR return, Belize City Airport:
$200 USD for two people
$50 USD each, four or more
Pick-up OR return, Chetumal Airport
$30/person USD
Please let us know if we can be of service with any of your air or ground transportation needs. Most people fly into Belize City, the closest large airport(about 100 miles south). Cancún has better public transportation(1st class express bus, frequent departures) but is 200 miles to the north. Flights are also available into Chetumal airport (30 minutes from the Rancho) from Mexico City.
