"Lomi Lomi" is a Hawaiian word. which means to rub out or in to break apart to massage.
 There are many schools and teachers of HTB (Hawaiian Temple Bodywork) and this particular form was taught to me by a navigator Kahuna, keeper of the sacred information. The navigator Kahunas would practice a form of flying modeled after the frigate bird and incorporating the Hawaiian martial and story telling arts. They would perform these movements for hours before embarking on long sea voyages; to awaken all their senses. Today we learn these movements to align our energies to practice the art HTB and to prepare ourselves to navigate though our voyage of life.
In addition to learning the fight and instruction on HTB Mallina will also be leading you in the following:

* Acupressure and combination of points for different ailments-

* Visit and participate in an experiential ceremony at a Mayan pyramid-

Mallinallitzin Sabinita Visarraga is a Doctor of Oriental Medicine with a degree from the International Institute of Chinese Medicine in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
She is of Mexican decent. She comes from a linage of Curanderas (folk healers).
She has studied extensively with teachers from Mexico, Peru and Hawaii.
"I consider myself and eclectic being, always changing and aligning with my environment. My classes are taught in present time and in accordance with the needs of the group or the individual. Each of us is born with a spark of the divine; these techniques help you to connect and stay in contact with that spark. My workshops are for anyone who wants to explore and experience their full potential."
