Mallinallntzin "Mallina" was born in Embudo, New Mexico. She is of Basque, Mexican, Spanish and Ute Indian decent. She comes from a curendera (healer) lineage and culture.

Mallina is a Doctor of Oriental Medicine with a degree from the International Institute of Chinese Medicine in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She has also studied with various healers in Hawaii and Mexico.

In addition to traditional massage, Mallina does a form of bodywork (Lomi Lomi Nui) that incorporates all of her knowledge. This type of bodywork is based on a form called flying, taught to her by Khau Abraham Kuaii. This work is transformative, compassionate, nurturing and treats body, mind and spirit bringing them back into balance.

Also, Mallina offers a variety of services including acupuncture, which treats a wide variety of ailments from fatigue to pain of any kind.

Some of the spa treatments offered by Mallina include mud wraps, salt glows, papaya peels, facials, face lift acupuncture and herbal wraps.
